Bharat Gas Resources amalgamates into and with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Back

Bharat Petroleum Corporation announced that as per the order dated 08 August 2022 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India, Bharat Gas Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum Corporation has been amalgamated with Bharat Petroleum Corporation. The effective date is 16 August 2022.

In terms of the scheme of amalgamation, the aggregate authorized share capital of Bharat Gas Resources as on date is combined with the authorized share capital of Bharat Petroleum Corporation.
