Axis Bank allots 9,850 equity shares under ESOP Back

Axis Bank has allotted 9,850 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 25 July 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 614,29, 13,512 (307,14,56,756 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,29,33,212 (307,14,66,606 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
