The initial public offer of Bonfiglioli Transmissions Ltd IPO received bids for 1,39,46,56,825 units as against 3,02,82,330 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:22 IST on Monday (19 October 2026). The issue was subscribed 46.06 times.
The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 15 October 2026 and it will close on Monday, 19 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 558 per share to 586 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 25 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 0 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 2,533 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 2,533 crore.
*9 out of 10 individual traders in equity Futures and Options Segment, incurred net losses.
*On an average, loss makers registered net trading loss close to ₹ 50,000.
*Over and above the net trading losses incurred, loss makers expended an additional 28% of net trading losses as transaction costs.
*Those making net trading profits, incurred between 15% to 50% of such profits as transaction cost.
