The initial public offer of Prasol Chemicals Ltd IPO received bids for 39,43,258 units as against 54,43,229 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:07 IST on Wednesday (9 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.72 times.
The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 10 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 643 per share to 676 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 22 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 80 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 420 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 500 crore.
